To help gather current information from you, we provide easy to complete checklists. We prefer you to complete them online in our Document Portal which allows us to instantly and securely get the information online. We can provide paper copies on request.
Step-by-Step
- Login to the Document Portal.
- Click on e-Checklists on the left menu (the DASHBOARD).
- Select the outstanding checklist name and complete the information.
- Once you have ticked the finalisation checkbox (screenshot below), your information will be directly available to our Team for processing.
- We will be in touch once work has been completed!
We do not recommend using your phone
- e-Checklists are not available on the mobile version of the Portal.
- You will find it much easier to complete on a bigger screen.
- If you absolutely must… you can switch to “Desktop View” at the bottom of the screen.
