Jay Gandesha

Jay Gandesha joined Davis Grant in 1991 as a semi-senior and was promoted to partner in January 1997. Jay qualified with Kidsons Impey in 1991, a medium sized city practice, within the small business group sector, specializing in small to medium business support and general practice. Jay is responsible for monitoring and controlling client assignments, liasing with the various departments to ensure that staff are available to serve client needs. Jay is also responsible for personnel development, training and staff management. Married in 1994 with two young children, Jay is a family man, spending his time with the children and recently getting involved with the community, actively promoting Asian culture.
