Clients, the team and Directors at Davis Grant have congratulated Ben Chernoff after he was named among the top 10 accountants in the UK under the age of 35.
Ben was carefully selected for Accountancy Age’s 35 under 35 list from hundreds of nominees from across the UK and ranked in seventh place for his support of clients and commitment to helping his firm grow.
Judges for this year’s ranking were impressed with how Ben had risen through the ranks from trainee to Director at one of one of the South East’s most innovative independent accountancy firms in a little over a decade.
They also remarked on his fast-growing client portfolio and his important role within the firm’s technology and start-up team, which advises clients on strategy, tax reliefs and provides useful financial insights.
Speaking about his inclusion near the top of the list, Ben said: “It is a real honour to be ranked so highly in such a prestigious list. I am glad that the judges have recognised the support our entire team and I provide to clients, as well as the innovation we are constantly trying to inject into our services.
“I would like to say a big thank you to all of the team who support my work, this achievement would not be possible without you.”
Ben has also been heavily involved in the automation and digitisation of Davis Grant’s accounting systems, which is helping the firm to deliver innovative advice to a wider range of businesses.
He also supports the firm’s recruitment and staff development process to ensure Davis Grant develops the next generation of accountants and tax advisers.
Steven Sandford, another of Davis Grant’s Directors, added: “We are really proud of Ben and all that he has achieved. He continues to work incredibly hard, not only to support our clients but also to assist with the growth and development of our practice.” To find out more about Davis Grant’s wide range of tax, accounting and business advisory services, please contact us.
