FAQs

How often are the vacancies updated?

We review the vacancies listed on our website regularly. If you apply for a position that has recently been filled, we will normally email you within 5 working days to let you know this is the case.

I want to work in Accountancy and/or Tax but I don’t have a degree in Accountancy. Are there any opportunities for me?

Yes, we offer graduate training programmes both for those with Accountancy as well non-Accountancy related degrees. We also offer apprenticeship schemes for people who have completed A Levels. These roles give you the opportunity to learn on the job as well as studying for an Accountancy qualification. Keep checking our website or social media to see when these opportunities are available.

What are your entry level requirements for A level apprenticeship schemes?

This is normally 3 x Grade C at A level.

Do I need a car?

This depends on the job role you are applying for – if a car is needed this will be stated on the job advert below.

I’m a qualified accountant but haven’t worked in Practice, what roles can I apply for?

We are often recruiting at the qualified level but most roles do need applicants to have worked in Practice – please see the individual vacancies for details.

Can I apply for a role if I do not meet all of the requirements?

Yes, we will consider all applications but please note that some of the requirements are essential.

Do you offer study support?

We offer full ACA (ICAEW), ACCA and AAT study support for trainees looking to become qualified, as well as the CIPD qualification which is supported for payroll trainees. In respect of study support for those candidates that are not trainees or for differing qualifications, these would be discussed during the application process.
